Functional handpiece for safe operation

Ergonomic handpiece with micro engine allows you to adjust the speed up to 30,000 RPM. It fits perfectly into the hand, which guarantees high comfort of work. An efficient absorber guarantees excellent service quality and the highest standards of hygiene, protecting the lungs of the professionals and their clients. The dust is effectively sucked through special holes in the handpiece directly into the filter. The Push-in & Pull-out mechanism ensures effortless cutter replacement – simply push the cutter into the casing, without the need to screw or lock it. The solutions used prevent excessive hand fatigue and support comfortable and safe work.

Display and control

The display clearly shows the speed of rotation, its direction, the percentage of suction power and other relevant information to ensure safe use. The nail drill has two functional knobs. Left knob allows precise speed adjustment and direction of rotation, and provides pause function. Right knob is used to adjust the suction power of the absorber with 20 levels in 5% increments, and displays the time remaining before filter replacement. If you hold the knob longer, you can enter the menu, where you can adjust the screen brightness and filter run time to monitor the need of filter replacement. The menu has also a function to check the total operating time of the device.

Safe operation

The device is equipped with a system that informs you when it is necessary to replace the filter – when it’s overfilled, the icon begins to glow red. Operation with overfilled filter bag can lead to overheating of the engine and its damage, so it should be replaced regularly. To ensure safety, the device has also a temperature protection fuse. When the temperature inside the device or the handpiece exceeds 85ᴼC, the nail drill will automatically turn off. After it cools down by 10-15 degrees, the error message will disappear, and the device will be ready to continue working.

Note: For the dust extraction system to work properly, it is important to use bits and accessories that do not block the air flow in the head. Using full-surface tips (e.g. discs without ventilation holes) may reduce the effectiveness of the absorber and lead to overheating of the device.
